MINOX vibrating tumbler screens

The design:
Vibration tumbler sieve machines Ø 450/800/1200/1500 of the MTS-V series are designed for continuous operation. They can be constructed modularly as a single-decker or up to a three-decker.

The vibration motor in the center of the lower part generates the high-frequency wobbling movement. It is lubricated for life during production and is therefore maintenance-free.

The sieve body swings freely and is connected to the base frame via steel springs. The MTS-V 450 is equipped with quick-release screws that enable even faster manual screen changes without tools.

We offer our standard version in stainless steel, which is brushed to a high quality on the inside and outside.

You can choose between the following screen cleaning systems:
Ball knock cleaning or rings, ultrasonic cleaning
